Periarthritis of shoulder is a common and frequently-occurring disease in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic trauma. With the characteristics of long duration and easy recurrence, it has a serious impact on the patient＇s daily life and work. Based on classical clinical cases, the author introduced chief physician CHEN Hai-peng＇s experience in treating periarthritis of shoulder with wind-cold-dampness pattern by orthopedics ballistic shock wave combined modified Danggui Sini Decoction, which was expected to provide reference for readers.
