以苦欲补泻法度浅析《小儿药证直诀》治脾胃方药

Analysis of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions of spleen and stomach in Key to Therapeutics of Children's Disease in accordance with the Kuyu Buxie principle

《小儿药证直诀》提出了五脏补泻方,其中,治脾胃的一组方药尤为典型。文章通过对钱乙脾胃方药作系统剖析,按照《素问·藏气法时论》的苦欲补泻法度,参考《神农本草经》记载药物的性味,分析对应方药泻黄散和益黄散的组方思路。张立山教授将之验于临床,疗效甚佳。

The Key to Therapeutics of Children＇s Disease puts forward a series of TCM prescriptions for Wuzang Buxie. Among these, TCM prescriptions of spleen and stomach was particularly typical. According to the systematic analysis of Qianyi spleen and stomach prescription medicine, and the method of Kuyu Buxie in Suwen · Zangqi Fashi Lun, and the sexual taste of drugs recorded in Shen Nong＇s Classic of the Materia Medica, this paper will analyse the formula composing idea of the corresponding prescriptions of Yihuang Powder and Xiehuang Powder. Professor ZHANG Li-shan applies this theory to clinical practice and obtains good results.
