量表评价证候要素的基本原则

Basic principles of scale evaluation of syndrome elements

量表评价作为中医临床实践病证观察的方法,需要遵循一些基本原则,如:体现证候要素观察基点的目的性原则;展现证候要素研究首要条件,及证候要素观察的客观性和医家临床诊疗理性思维的客观性原则;表现以本质上认识证候要素的基本要求和注意异常现象,坚持证候要素观察的全面性原则的必然要求;实现在临床实践杂合证候要素的诊疗中,按照"但见一证便是"的"随证治之"原则,选出适当的观察条件,选择典型的证候要素作为观察对象的典型性原则。在本课题组探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎证候要素的基础上,文章对量表评价作为中医临床实践病证观察的方法中,如何遵循目的性、客观性、全面性、典型性这几条基本原则,予以全面的考察和辩证的衡量。

The scale evaluation is an observation method for assessment of disease and syndrome of TCM clinical practice, which needs to follow some basic principles. For example, to embody the principle of syndrome factors of observation points; to show the first condition of syndrome elements, the principle of objectivity and observe the syndrome elements of objectivity and rational thinking; to be aware of the basic requirements for the essential of syndrome elements and abnormal phenomenon, adhere to the principle of comprehensive observation of the syndrome elements; in clinical practice of heterozygous syndrome elements, to observe the appropriate conditions selected, select card syndrome factors as the typical principles study with the ‘one license＇ but is ‘appropriate treatment＇ principle. In the study of chronic atrophic gastritis（CAG） based on syndrome elements, the assessment of disease and syndrome of TCM clinical practice is included as observation method. How to follow a few basic principles of this purpose, objectivity, comprehensiveness, and typicality is overall measured in the paper.
