中西医结合的基本形式及发展阶段探析

Discussion on basic forms and development stages of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine

文章基于中西医结合的现状,对其内涵进行初步分析和探讨,认为中西医分治、中为西用和西为中用为中西医结合的3种基本形式,同时基于这个认识,中西医结合的发展应为3个阶段,分别为萌芽期、成果展现期和理论成熟期,并分析了当前中西医结合发展中存在的问题,即继承不足,研究方法亟待完善及对中西医结合的复杂性和艰巨性认识不足等。中西医的有机结合及发展应为一个长期过程,不可能一蹴而就,需要长期的实践和摸索方能达到完善和成熟。

This paper aimed at analyzing and discussing the essence of integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine（ICTWM） based on its current situation. It was found that there were three basic models of ICTWM as the treatment with Chinese traditional and western medicine at the same time, traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） developed with the help of western medicine and western medicine developed with the help of TCM. Based on that, there should be three stages of ICTWM as germination stage, development stage and mature stage. Although the achievement was influential in some aspect, there were some issues such as lack of inheritance, research methods need to be improved, and lack of understanding of the complexity and arduous nature of ICTWM that require solution. It should be taken into consideration that flexible usage of ICTWM was a long process requiring a great deal of practice and exploration.
