摘要
天然小分子酚(NSMP)有很多相似的生物活性。笔者前期通过文献调研发现NSMP类化合物具有抗焦虑作用;鉴于一些经典的抗焦虑药物在高剂量时常具有镇静作用,文章通过Sci Finder数据库对NSMP的镇静作用的研究进行检索和分析(截止2016年6月),得到一些规律性的认识。笔者首先根据化学结构对检索到的NSMP类进行了分类,然后对其镇静作用及镇静作用机制的研究现状进行了总结,并对其化学结构与镇静作用之间的构效关系进行讨论,以期对NSMP活性有更全面的认识。
Natural small-molecule phenols(NSMP) share some bioactivities. It was found in primary literature study that NSMP class products possess anxiolytic activities. Because some typical anti-anxiety drugs show sedative activities at relative higher doses, this article conduct literature mining on sedative activities of NSMP using Sci Finder database(before June 2016). In this paper, NSMP are first classified according to the chemical structures, and then the current research advances of their sedative activities, mechanisms, and the structure-activity relationships were discussed.
