浅析和血法的形成及其血液病辨治

Discussion on the development of the blood-harmonizing method and its treatment on hematologic disease

"和血法"意指狭义"和法"辨治中医"血"范畴相关病证的治法,自《血证论》首次提出和法为治疗血证第一良法起,历代医家传承其理论及经验从内科血证过渡到辨治现代医学里的血液系统疾病。现以古今文献及现代临床运用经验为基础,对"和血法"的沿革进行梳理总结及其临证经验状况的初步探讨,认为"和血法"在治疗内科血证,乃至血液系统疾病上(包括辨治贫血相关性疾病、出血性疾病、增殖性疾病、血液肿瘤以及防治放化疗后相关并发症),具有确切疗效,值得临床上予以总结与推广。

‘Blood-harmonizing method＇ means the treatment of the harmonizing method in a narrow sense to the bloodrelated-diseases. The harmonizing method was put forward as the first law to cue blood-related-diseases, ancient physicians inherited its theory and experience from the internal medicine blood syndrome to the diagnosis and treatment of the blood system diseases in modern medicine. Based on the ancient and modern literature and the experience of modern clinical application, this paper summarized the evolution of the ‘blood-harmonizing method＇ and explored its clinical experience, and considered that ‘blood-harmonizing method＇ was used in the treatment of medical blood syndrome and even blood system diseases（including the diagnosis and treatment of anemia related diseases, hemorrhagic diseases, proliferative diseases, hematological malignancies, and prevention and treatment of complications after radiotherapy and chemotherapy）. Tumor and its related complications after chemoradiotherapy are effective, which is worthy of clinical summary and promotion. And ‘blood-harmonizing method＇ has the exact effect in the treatment of internal bleeding and hematological diseases. It is worthy of clinical promotion and summarize.
