《诸病源候论》有关脾理论的研究

Study on spleen theory of Zhubing Yuanhou Lun

目的:探究《诸病源候论》脾脏病机理论的内容和特点。方法:摘录该著所有涉及脾论述,按生理、病理、疾病、证候、症状、病机、治法等分类和归纳,综合论述与刻画。结果:研究发现,《诸病源候论》丰富了《黄帝内经》有关脾脏的生理、病理等理论,明确指出脾脏主消化、主体液代谢;极大丰富了与脾相关疾病、证候与症状病机理论,对黄疸、水肿、霍乱、痈疽、寄生虫病等疾病记述详细而准确,对虚劳、伤寒/时气/温病、冷热、黄疸、水肿、痢、疟、咳嗽、积聚、中风等同病异证,以及不能食、饮食不消、呕逆、腹泻、腹胀、心腹痛,以及唇、口、舌、鼻、咽喉等常见脾的症状病机有了详尽的刻画,对伤津、阳虚、三焦等概念也有所阐发。结论:该著该著丰富了脾脏的生理、疾病、证候与症状病机理论。

Objective： This thesis aims to observe content and characteristics of the spleen pathogenesis theory in General Treatise on Causes and Symptoms of Diseases（Zhubing Yuanhou Lun）. Methods： All the content related to spleen were excerpted, sorted by physiology, pathology, diseases, syndromes, symptoms, pathogenesis and treatment, then were discussed and depicted comprehensively. Results： This monograph enriches theory of physiology and pathology in spleen of Huangdi Neijing. For one thing, it clearly pointed out spleen function of governing digestion and body fluid, which has greatly enriched the spleen related diseases, pathogenesis theory of syndromes and symptoms. For another, records about jaundice, edema, cholera, carbuncle and deep-rooted carbuncle, parasitosis, etc are detailed and accurate; detailed of below also can be seen： different syndromes in consumptive disease, attack of cold/contagious evils/febrile diseases, cold and heat, jaundice, edema, dysentery, malaria, cough, abdominal mass, apoplexy, etc, symptoms and pathogenesis in containing loss of appetite, indigestion, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal distension, pain in the heart and abdomen, and symptoms in the lips, mouth, tongue, nose and throat, etc. In addition, it was elucidated the concepts about consumption of body fluid, yang-deficiency and triple energizer, etc. Conclusion： This monograph enriches spleen physiology, diseases, pathogenesis theory of syndromes and symptoms.
