“营卫不和”与“太阳病”--读《伤寒杂病论》

'Disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi' and 'Taiyang syndrome': By reading Shanghan Zabing Lun

通过阅读《伤寒杂病论》得到启示,"营卫不和"与"太阳病"有着密切的区别和联系。从营卫的生理属性、功能关系等方面展开阐述,分别论述营病、卫病、太阳病及其区别与联系,对营卫不和的病机特点进行了较为全面的解析,营卫不和是营卫出现营病或卫病或营卫俱病,结合张仲景的《伤寒杂病论》中创造性提出六经辨经进行探讨,卫主表、营主里,穴经之中的表里。并得出"太阳病属于营卫不和,而营卫不和却不止于太阳病"的论点。

Through reading Shanghan Zabing Lun, we get the revelation that ‘Disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi＇ dosely reloted to ‘Taiyans disease＇. This paper expatiates on the physiological properties and function relations of the nutrient qi, defensive qi and the Taiyang syndrome, and their differences and relations are discussed separately. the comping and wei disharmony is the disease of camp and guard or the disease of wei and wei. It is discussed in conbination with the six menidion dialectics which was put froward by ZHANG Zhong-jing in Shanghan Zabing Lun. This paper analyzes the characteristics of the pathogenesis of disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi, and concludes this argument that Taiyang syndrome belongs to disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi, and disharmony between nutrient qi and defensive qi is not just Taiyang syndrome.
