摘要
目的:分析近12年南美天然药物阿萨伊相关研究概况,挖掘文献信息。方法:以Web of Science(Wo S)核心合集(SCI)数据库作为文献来源,应用文献计量学方法对有关文献进行数据分析,使用Cite Space(4.5.R1)软件对有关内容进行可视化分析处理。结果:共有203篇文献纳入分析,其发文量成递增趋势;且受各类基金资助的期刊文献112篇,其中CNPq基金资助的最多。载文以及引用最多的杂志是《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry》。有246家机构从事相关研究,发文量最多的是Fed Univ Para机构,共有文章32篇,第一作者总数12篇,阿萨伊研究的热点地区主要分布在北美洲、南美洲以及欧洲等地。我国研究甚少,主要内容集中在化学成分以及降脂、保肝作用。本药物研究的领军人物是Schauss A G,通过高频关键词网络分析,其内容主要集中在食品、化学成分以及天然药物研究。结论:阿萨伊逐渐成为了研究热点,研究的主体机构与核心作者群已初步形成。
Objective: This paper analyzed the research situation of south American natural drug A?aí and mined the literature information in recent 12 years. Methods: The core collection(SCI) database of Web of Science(WOS) was used as the source of literature. The data of relevant literature were analyzed by the application of bibliometrics method. Cites Pace(4.5.R1) software was used to conduct visual analysis on the content. Results: A total of 203 literature were included in the analysis, with an average of 16.92 articles published annually; There were 112 literatures funded by various types of funds, of which the CNPq fund had more funding. Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry was the largest and most cited journal. There were 246 institutions engaged in related research, and Fed Univ Para published the largest number of articles, which had a total of 32 papers and the first author's papers were 12. The hot spots of A?aí were mainly in the United States, Brazil, Europe and other countries. China's research was little, and the main focus was on chemical composition analysis. The leader of this drug research was Schauss AG. By the high frequency keywords network analysis, the study focused on the functional food, chemical composition and the corresponding material basis. Conclusion: Natural south America drug A?aí has gradually become a hot research, and the subject body and core authors have been preliminarily formed.
