醋煮香附炮制工艺优化研究 被引量:4

Study on the optimization of processing technology for vinegar-boiled Cyperi Rhizoma

摘要 目的:建立醋香附煮制炮制工艺,优选质量稳定、符合浙江地区传统用药习惯、适合量产的工艺方案。方法:采用L9(34)正交试验,以原料切制厚度、浸润时间、煮制次数、闷润时间为因素,以浸出物、挥发油定量检测结果的综合加权评分值为评价指标,并综合性状、片型及实际生产情况筛选最佳炮制工艺。结果:醋煮香附的最佳工艺为净选整粒原药,加原药重量20%的米醋,加水至没过药面约1cm处,加盖武火煮沸,转文火煮至水近干,二次加水重复上述步骤,文火煮至水近干,闷润过夜,待次日药透水尽,切片,低温干燥,过筛。结论:该炮制工艺稳定可靠,参数可控性好,生产时间较短,可操作性强,性状符合浙江地区用药习惯,含量符合《中华人民共和国药典》2015年版要求,为建立醋香附煮制炮制工艺提供科学依据。 Objective: To establish a processing technology of vinegar-boiled Cyperi Rhizoma, which has a stable quality and meets the traditional medication habits in Zhejiang and is suitable for mass production. Methods: The orthogonal test of L9(34) was designed with cutting thickness of raw materials, time of infiltration, cooking time and moistening time as factors, and the composite score of the extract and volatile oil were the evaluation index. Combined with character, sheet type and actual production condition, we selected the best processing technology. Results: The best vinegar-boiled processing method was choosing the whole grain of Rhizoma Cyperi, with the Rhizoma Cyperi weight of 20% rice vinegar, adding water to overtop the medicinal surface about 1 cm, firing boil with the lid, turning water simmer until nearly dry, adding water for the second time and repeating above steps, simmering until the water dried, moistening overnight, until the next day, as far as drug absorbing the water dry, cutting into slices, low temperature drying, sieving. Conclusion: The processing technology is stable and reliable, the technology parameter is easy to control, production time is short and strong operability, the trait is consistent with medication habits in Zhejiang, and the content is conforming to the requirements of Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2015, which provides the scientific basis for processing vinegar-boiled Cyperi Rhizoma.
