玄驹胶囊治疗33例老年慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of 33 cases senile chronic pain in lower extremities and waist treated by Xuanju Capsule

目的:观察玄驹胶囊治疗老年慢性腰腿痛的临床疗效。方法:66例老年慢性腰腿痛患者随机分为两组,每组33例,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加玄驹胶囊口服,1次4粒,1日2次,14d为1个疗程,连用1~2个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率87.9%,对照组78.8%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组对VAS评分、症状评分、腰腿疼痛、腰背酸软、肢体麻木、乏力疲劳、少气懒言、面色无华、口干咽燥等症状明显改善,优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玄驹胶囊治疗老年慢性腰腿痛有效,能够明显减轻老年慢性腰腿痛患者症状,改善患者生活质量。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Xuanju Capsule in the treatment of senile chronic pain in lower extremities and waist. Methods： Sixty-six cases of elderly patients with chronic pain in lower extremities and waist were divided into two groups randomly. The control group of 33 cases were treated with conventional therapy, and the treatment group of 33 cases were treated with 1-2 course of Xuanju Capsule（4 capsules once, daily 2, 14 days is one course of treatment） based on the conventional therapy. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.9%, and the control group was 78.8%, and there was a statistical significance（P〈0.05）. The treatment group showed marked improvement on visual analogue scale（VAS） score, symptom score, lumbago-leg pain, low back soreness and weakness, limb numbness, fatigue, lack of energy, lusterless complexion, dry throat, and were better than control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Xuanju Capsule is effective in treating senile chronic pain in lower extremities and waist, and it can relieve patients＇ symptoms obviously and improve patients＇ quality of life.
