摘要
结核病是威胁全球人类健康的重要人畜共患病。它的病原是结核分枝杆菌。由于结核病在治疗过程中发生了严重的耐药,对现有的抗结核药物提出了严峻的挑战。而结核分枝杆菌具有致病性是需要依赖多种基因的调控与表达,结核分枝杆菌的毒力相关因子在结核分枝杆菌的致病性上具有重要作用。结核分枝杆菌中主要与毒力相关的因子有早期分泌的一些蛋白、肽聚糖、分枝菌酸、细胞代谢相关因子和转录调节因子等。现在已经有越来越多的研究者对结核分枝杆菌的毒力因子感兴趣并对其进行了研究,期望从这些毒力因子中寻找新的药物靶标。
Tuberculosis is a common zoonotic disease that threatens global human health.Its pathogen is Mycobacterium tuberculosis.Due to the serious drug resistance of tuberculosis during the treatment process,the existing anti-TB drugs confront with a great challenge.The pathogenicity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis is depended on varieties of gene regulation and expression.So,the virulence factors of Mycobacterium tuberculosis play an important role in the pathogenicity of Mycobacterium tuberculosis.The major virulence factors associated with Mycobacterium tuberculosis are proteins,peptidoglycan,mycolic acid,cell metabolism correlation factors and transcriptional regulators,which are secreted in early stage.Nowadays,more and more researchers are interested in the study of virulence factors of Mycobacterium tuberculosis and hope to find new drug targets from these virulence factors.
