摘要
通过红外光谱分析、XRD、化学全分析、显微形貌分析、粒度分析等手段对抛光废渣物化性能进行研究。研究分析了不同抛光段(粗抛段、中抛段、精抛段)抛光废渣的发泡性能。对抛光废渣的发泡原理进行了分析,为抛光废渣综合利用提供研究基础。结果表明:抛光砖废渣主要由石英相和钠长石相组成,另外含有少量的碳化硅和莫来石相。抛光废渣的发泡作用主要是由抛光磨具引入废渣中的SiC和氯氧镁水泥引起的。不同抛光段废渣发泡性能由粗抛>中抛>精抛。抛光废渣的发泡性能与抛光废渣中的MgO含量正相关。综合利用抛光废渣,必须将不同段抛光废渣进行均匀化处理,消除原料的不稳定对产品性能造成的波动。
The physicochemical properties of polishing waste were studied by FTIR,XRD,chemical analysis,micro-morphology and particle size analysis.The foaming properties of polishing waste with different polishing stages(coarse throwing section,middle throwing section and fine polishing section)were studied.The foaming principle of polishing waste was analyzed,providing the research foundation for the comprehensive utilization of polishing waste.The results showed that the polishing waste is mainly composed of quartz phase and albite phase,and also contains a small amount of silicon carbide and mullite phase.The foaming effect of polishing waste is mainly due to the introduction of SiC and magnesium oxychloride cement by polished grinding tool.The foaming performance of different polishing section is reducing from coarse to medium to fine.The foaming property of polishing waste is positively related to the content of MgO in polishing waste.For the purpose of comprehensive utilization of polishing waste,different stages of polishing waste must be homogenized to eliminate the instability of raw materials and the fluctuation of product performance.
