脱油沥青调合生产A级道路石油沥青试验研究

Production of class A pavement asphalt from deoiled asphalt by blending

本文主要利用丙烷脱沥青工艺产生的脱油沥青与糠醛抽出油、减压渣油调合,制备A级道路石油沥青。经试验研究,脱油沥青与糠醛抽出油、减压渣油按一定比例调合可以生产出符合标准要求的70#A级道路石油沥青,不能生产合格的30#和50#道路沥青。

By using deoiled asphalt from Solvent Deasphalting Technology and vacuum residue,furfural extract oil, Class A road asphalt was produced, Experimental investigation shows that, according to a certain proportion,70^# Class A road asphalt can be produced which conforms to the JTG F40-2004 criterion of Technical Specification of Road Asphalt Pavement Contruction. ,however 30^# and 50^# road asphalt couldn＇t be produced sucessfully.
