摘要
我国教材开发层面尚有三个基本问题有待进一步研究,即如何处理教材和课程标准之间的关系;如何处理教材与"教和学"的关系;如何让教材编制思路、教材形态更加灵活多样。相比而言,美国母语教材在这三个方面已有十分自觉的探索,取得了较为显著的成果:教材编制思路灵活,形成了基础读本、课程模块资料包等多种形态的教材;课程标准理念落实到文本选择、活动设计和评估任务开发等细节中;教材内容安排和信息呈现均遵循"教"和"学"的规律、需要。其间诸多经验和技术值得我们学习和借鉴。
There are three issues need further study about teaching materials development in China. First, how to deal with the relationship between teaching materials and Curriculum Standard. Second,how to deal with the relationship among teaching materials, teaching and learning. Third,how to enrich the forms of teaching materials.Teaching materials for English Language Arts (ELA) in the United States have accumulated a wealth of experience on the above three questions. There are three types of teaching materials, such as Basal Readers, Curriculum Modules and other books or texts selected by teaehersin the United States. Most of these teaching materials aligning with the spirit of the Curriculum Standard by texts selection, tasks design and assessment arrangement. Meanwhile, these teaching materialsdealing with the relationship appropriately among teaching materials, teaching and learning by content arrangement and information presentation.Development techniques of AmericanELA teaching materials can bring us muchinspiration.
