摘要
体验式教学模式是重视学生参与以及实践体验的新型教学模式。体验式教学是多元文化背景下的教学模式,从增强大学生心理调适能力、促进大学生自我成长以及提高大学生自我发展水平三个方面进行大学生心理健康教育课程的构建,从而使大学生通过体验与实践,实现自我的认知与升华,进而达到知情合一与知行合一。
The experiential teaching mode is a new teaching mode that attaches importance to student participation and practical experience. Experiential teaching is the teaching mode under the multicultural background. It constructs the course of mental health education of college students from such three aspects as improving the ability of college students' psychological adjustment, promoting their self growth and increasing the level of their self development to realize their self cognition and sublimation through experience and practice, and then achieve the unity of knowledge & emotion and knowledge & action.
