Suggestions on state-owned forest farm development:a case study on forest farm in Huairou district in Beijing

以北京市怀柔区国有林场为案例,在国有林场生态公益型的功能定位和一类事业单位管理体系的新要求下,分析林场发展现状和存在问题,并对下一步生态建设、基础设施建设、功能提升和经营管理体系完善方面提出了相应的措施建议,为北京市其他国有林场的改革发展提供参考。

Based on the case study of Beijing Huairou state-owned forest farm, the article analyzes the current status and problems at the new demand of non-profit and first-class government-affiliated institution orientation, and puts forward suggestion on the ecological construction, infrastructure construction, function upgrading, management improvement, which is a reference to the other state-owned forest farms in Beijing.
