昆明市海口林场经营现状与发展策略

Research on management status and development strategy of Haikou forest farm in Kunming city

昆明市海口林场地处昆明市西部,滇池的西南岸。林场场部位于西山区海口镇境内,距昆明市40多km。海口林场经营范围总面积7211.9hm2,是昆明市林业局直管的国有林场。近年来林场立足现有资源管控,深化国有林场改革,推进基础设施建设,致力于林场产业转型升级。当下,海口林场面临难得的发展机遇,也面临诸多困难与挑战。本文通过总结分析海口林场经营现状,探讨海口林场未来发展策略,为海口林场甚至国内国有林场经营管理者提供参考。

Haikou forest farm in Kunming is located in the west of Kunming city, southwest of dianchi lake. The field is located in haikou town, xishan district, more than 40 km from Ktmming city. Haikou forest farm covers a total area of 7211.9hm^2, which is the state-owned forest farm directly under the Kunming forestry administration. In recent years, the forest farm is based on existing resource management, deepening reform of state-owned forest farm, and devotes itself to promoting infrastructure construction, and to the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry. At present, Haikou forest field faces rare development opportunities, and also faces many difficulties and challenges. Based on the analysis of the current situation of Haikou forest field, this paper discusses the future development strategy for Haikou forest field, and provides reference for the management of the forest farm in Haikou and even other state-owned forest farms.
