摘要
人不是管理的奴隶,而是主动按规范工作的主人;管理不是目的,而是保证企业运行的手段.作为企业的一员,他既是生产者,同时又是管理者.七十~八十年代,美日商战以美国受挫告一段落,传统的管理理论受到严重的挑战.本文通过对企业文化的引入.阐述了企业文化对传统管理的挑战与支持.并在矛盾中达到统一;进而探讨二者之间融合的可能性,描述了优秀的企业文化所应具有的特性;从而对未来的管理作了乐观的展观.
Human is not a slave of management but a master working according tothe standards on his own initiative.Management is not an end but a means toguarantee the enterprises in good motion.As a member of an enterprise, he is amanager as well as a producer.Since the United Stater suffered a setback in the trade war against Japan from1970's to 1980's, the traditional theories of management have been seriously challenged.Through the introduction to corporate culture, the paper expounds the challengesand supports of corporate culture which have been brought to the traditional mana gement and their unity of contradictory.Then it goes further into the possibity ofthe fusion of them and describes the characteristics of excellent corporate cultures cultures so as to make much optimistic prospect for management in the future.
