固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定挂面中乙二胺四乙酸二钠含量

Determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid in dried noodles by solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography

建立固相萃取-高效液相色谱测定挂面中乙二胺四乙酸二钠含量的方法。样品提取液经三氯化铁络合,PXA小柱净化,采用Zorbax Eclipse AAA色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm)分离,检测波长254 nm,外标法计算乙二胺四乙酸二钠的含量。线性范围为0.51~50.62μg/m L,最低检出浓度为0.045μg/m L,平均回收率为92.36%,RSD为0.56%。方法操作简便、可靠准确,能有效去除挂面中的杂质,回收率、精密度等方法学指标均能满足检测要求。

A solid phase extraction and high performance liquid chromatography（HPLC） method was established for the determination of disodium ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid in dried noodles. The sample was extracted by iron trichloride, purified by PXA column, separated by Zorbax Eclipse AAA column（4.6 mm x 150 mm, 5 μm）, and measured under the wavelength of 254 nm, and the content was calculated by external standard method. The linear range was 0.51-50.62 μg/m L, the lowest detection concentration was 0.045 μg/m L, the average recovery was 92.36%, and the RSD was 0.56%. The method was simple, reliable and accurate. It can effectively remove impurities from vermicelli, and the recovery rate and precision could meet the requirements of detection.
