牡蛎中重金属含量的测定及琥珀酸脱除镉的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过微波消解方法处理牡蛎样品,采用ICP-MS法测定牡蛎中铜、镉、铬和砷重金属元素的含量,结果表明这4种重金属均被检测出来,且牡蛎内脏团中的镉元素超出国家食品卫生限量标准范围。进而研究琥珀酸对镉的脱除作用,通过Box-Benhnken响应面分析法得出琥珀酸脱除镉的最佳条件为浓度0.12 mol/L,pH4,反应时间2h时,琥珀酸对镉脱除率达到86.25%。琥珀酸处理后粗蛋白和总灰分略有降低,但在可接受范围内。 Heavy metal Cu, Cd, Cr and As in whole oysters were determined by microwave digestion-ICP-MS method. The results showed that the heavy metals were all detected in oysters, and the cadmium in visceral mass exceeded the level of nation food heavy metals sanitation limits. Further, the effect of succinic acid on removal cadmium was studied through response surface methodology based on a Box-Behnken design. The results showed that the conditions were as follows: amount of succinic acid 0.12 mol/L, p H 4, time 2 h. Under the conditions, the adsorption rate of cadmium could be achieved 86.25%. And the content of protein and ash were slightly decreased, but in the acceptable range.
