云南省经济发展与环境污染关系研究

A Study on the Relationship between Economic Development and Environmental Pollution in Yunnan Province

在对云南省经济和环境的现状进行分析的基础上,运用环境库兹涅茨曲线(EKC曲线)理论研究云南省经济发展与环境污染的关系后发现,云南省的EKC曲线趋向于"倒N形",即环境污染与经济增长之间呈现先好转再恶化,而后又好转的关系,并出现第二个"拐点"。为了改善环境,云南省要采取以下措施:一是促进科技进步,优化能源结构;二是加快产业结构调整,大力发展第三产业。

On the basis of analyzing the status quo of the economy and environment of Yunnan province,and the environmental Kuznets curve（ EKC curve） is applied in studying the relationship between economic development and environmental pollution in Yunnan province,it＇s found that the EKC curve of Yunnan province tends to be ＂ inverted N＂,namely the relationship between environmental pollution and economic growth is firstly positively correlated but later negatively correlated and then positively correlated,and a second ＂ inflection point＂ emerges in the curve. In order to improve the environmental effect to the economy of Yunnan,recommendations are put forward as follows： to promote the progress of science and technology and optimize the energy structure; to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and vigorously develop tertiary industry.
