论基层卫生“互联网+公共卫生服务”实践与探索——以山东省济南市天桥区为例

Practice and Exploration of the pattern of Internet Plus Public Health Service in Grassroots Levels——Take the example of Tianqiao District in Jinan City

当前,国家正大力推动医疗健康行业与互联网的融合,特别是政府健康医疗信息和公众健康医疗数据互联融合、开放共享,同样"互联网+"公共卫生也会给基层卫生带来无限的生机与翻天覆地的变化。该文以济南市天桥区的互联网与公共卫生结合的实际情况为例,从基层卫生该项工作实施背景、践行、存在问题与思考等方面,展开"互联网+"公共卫生服务的分析讨论,以事实与数据为依据,提出可行性建议。

Recently,China has been vigorously pushing forward the integration between medical health industry and the Internet,especially the interrelation and information sharing between government medical health data and public medical health data. Likewise,the pattern of Internet ＋ will also bring dramatic changes and adequate opportunities for the public health in grassroots levels. This paper,based on the actual facts in Tianqiao District in Jinan city,shows how the internet combines with the public health sector,from the aspects of background,practice,existing problems and reflection. Relying on solid facts and data,it attempts to offer some constructive suggestions.
