六君子丸联合奥美拉唑治疗老年性胃溃疡的临床研究

Therapeutic Effects of Liujunzi Pills Combined with Omeprazole on Gastric Ulcers in Elderly Patients

目的探究六君子丸联合奥美拉唑治疗老年性胃溃疡的临床疗效。方法收集2014年3月～2016年8月我单位收治的老年性胃溃疡患者80例，根据随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组，各40例。对照组患者给予阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片0．5g口服，每日2次，奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊10mg空腹口服，每日2次，连续用药6周；实验组患者在对照组的基础上予以六君子丸9g，每日2次，早晚餐后口服，连续用药6周。治疗结束后进行胃镜检查，对比分析两组临床疗效、胃镜下痊愈情况，根据疼痛视觉模拟评分（VAS）评价疼痛程度，根据日常生活活动能力量表（ADL）评定日常生活能力，填写生活质量调查表（QLQ-c30）及记录不良反应发生情况。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后两组VAS评分降低（P〈0．05），ADL评分升高（P〈0．05），生活质量各项评分升高（P〈0．05）；治疗后与对照组相比，实验组临床总有效率较高（P〈0．05），胃镜下愈合率较高（P〈0．05），VAS评分较低（P〈0．05），ADL评分较高（P〈0．05），生活质量各项评分较高（P〈0．05）。两组不良反应相比，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论六君子丸联合奥美拉唑治疗老年性胃溃疡能够提高疗效，改善生活质量，缓解患者疼痛，安全性较高。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Liujunzi pills combined with omeprazole in elderly patients with gastric ulcer. Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with gastric ulcer in our hospital from March 2014 to August 2016 were recruited. The patients were divideci into the control group and the experiment group according to random number table. The control group received amoxicillin clavulanate and omeprazole enteric - coated capsules for 6 weeks. The experiment group was treated with amoxicillin clavulanate and omeprazole enteric - coated capsules plus Liujunzi pills for 6 weeks. After treatment, the clinical manifestations were recorded. The morphological appearance of gastric mucosa was examined under the endoscopy. Severity of pain was assessed using visual analogue scale （VAS）. The abilities of daily living were evaluated using activities of daily living （ADL） scale. The quality of life was measured using QLQ - c30. Results Compared with before treatment, VAS score decreased （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, ADL and QLQ - c30 score increased after treatment in the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After treatment, the overall response rate in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the control group, endoscopic mucosal healing rate was higher （P 〈 0. 05） , VAS score was lower （ P 〈 0.05 ）, ADL and QLQ - c30 score were higher in the experiment group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Liujunzi pills combined with omeprazole enhance the therapeutic efficacy, improve the quality of life and reduce pain in elderly patients with gastric ulcer.
