Risk Characteristics and Countermeasures of Science and Technology Entrepreneurship Investment

科技创业投资风险的特性经归纳分析主要有五类,一是项目失败后损失相对较大,二是项目成功率相对偏低,三是项目含金量的风险,四是技术风险的挑战,五是管理层能力问题的风险。通过对这五类风险进行分析,针对性地提出了适用于应对山西省科技创业投资风险的建议和举措。

In this paper,five characteristics of capital investment in science and technology venture are summarized firstly,mainly including the higher economic loss after project failure,the lower project success rate,the risk of project gold content,the technical risk challenge,and the risk of management capability. Base on this,three suggestions and measures are proposed to effectively promote the development of science and technology venture capital investment industry in Shanxi.
