重载线路用新型钢轨闪光焊质量研究 被引量:1

Research on flash welding quality of new rail used in heavy-duty lines

摘要 随着高速铁路及重载铁路的快速发展,对钢轨及钢轨焊接接头的质量提出更高的要求。为提高钢轨强度和硬度,攀钢研发出PG5(U95Cr)过共析钢轨,包钢研发出U20Mn贝氏体钢轨。使用GAAS80/580闪光焊机和感应热处理设备开展焊接及热处理试验,并进行落锤、硬度、冲击、拉伸、疲劳、静弯及金相等各项性能检测。结果表明,接头各项性能指标满足TB/T1632-2014标准要求,接头质量良好。 With the rapid development of high-speed and heavy-duty railway,demand for the quality of rail and rail welded joint is higher. In order to improve the strength and hardne ss of steel rail,Panzhihua Steel(Group) developed PG5 U95 Cr hypereutectoid steel rail,Baotou Steel(Group)developed U20 Mn bainitic steel rail. The GAAS80/580 welding machine and induction heat treatment were used for welding and heat treating test. After the series testing as hammer,hardness,impact,tensile,fatigue and the static bending metallographic,the results of the performance tests show that the rail joints meet the standard requirements of TB/T1632-2014,the quality of welded joint is good.
