稳压器安全端接管表面堆焊工艺参数虚拟研究

摘要 利用有限元数值模拟方法研究稳压器安全端接管表面堆焊实验中焊接工艺参数对焊接应力的影响,并进行虚拟焊接工艺设计。运用ANSYS软件建立某核电厂稳压器安全端接管表面堆焊修复的数值模型,比较分析不同焊接电流、焊接速度对焊接应力的影响。结果表明:在虚拟焊接分析研究范围内,焊接电流越大,原管道内的焊接压应力越大;焊接速度越大,原管道内的焊接压应力越小。 The effect of surfacing paramet ers on welding stress for a voltage stabilizer safe-end pipe is studied by means of finite element numerical simulation, and the design of virtual welding technology is carried out. By ANSYS software, a numerical model of surfacing repair for a NPP voltage stabilizer safe-end pipe is established, and the influences of different welding currents and welding speeds on the welding stress are compared and analyzed. The results show that within the scope of virtual welding analysis study, the larger the welding current, the greater the compressive stress in the original pipe; and the faster the welding speed, the less the compressive stress in the original pipe.
