摘要
目的肺癌患者血清样本中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子与基质金属蛋白酶-9及基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1的含量及其与病理特征的相关性。方法选取首次确诊的肺癌患者(符合入选标准不符合排除标准)287例作为试验组,同时选取287例正常体检健康人的血清标本作为对照组,通过比较肺癌和健康人血清标本中的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、基质金属蛋白酶-9、基质金属蛋白酶抑制因子-1的含量,探究其与肺癌病理特征的相关性。结果肺癌患者血清中bFGF、TIMP-1指标显著高于健康人,bFGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肺癌患者病理细胞分化程度、肿瘤大小、临床分期、淋巴结以及远处转移程度与bFGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1三个血清指标有统计学意义(P<0.05),癌细胞分化程度越低、肿瘤直径越大、临床分期越高、淋巴结以及远处转移程度越高,血清中bFGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1三个指标表达水平越高;bFGF和MMP-9具有显著相关关系(r=0.814,P=0.005)、TIMP-1和MMP-9具有显著相关关系(r=0.773,P=0.007),bFGF、TIMP-1相关性差(r=0.137,P=0.012)。结论血清中bFGF、MMP-9、TIMP-1三个指标可以作为早期肺癌临床诊断的检测指标,值得临床关注。
Objective The correlation between basic fibroblast growth factor,matrix metalloproteinase-9 and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1 and their pathological features in serum samples from patients with lung cancer. Methods Select 287 lung cancer patients( according to the inclusion criteria that do not meet the exclusion criteria) diagnosed for the first time as the experimental group. At the same time,select 287 normal physical samples of healthy people as the control group. Compare basic fibroblasts in serum samples of lung cancer and healthy people. The content of cell growth factor,matrix metalloproteinase-9 and matrix metalloproteinase inhibitor-1 were explored to correlate with the pathological features of lung cancer. Results The serum levels of bFGF and TIMP-1 in lung cancer patients were significantly higher than those of healthy individuals. The differences in bFGF,MMP-9,and TIMP-1 levels were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The degree of pathological cell differentiation,tumor size,and clinical disease in lung cancer patients were significantly higher. The serum levels of bFGF,MMP-9,and TIMP-1 in staging,lymph node,and distant metastasis were statistically significant( P 〈 0. 05). The lower the degree of differentiation of cancer cells,the larger the tumor diameter,the higher the clinical stage,lymph nodes. The higher the degree of distant metastasis,the higher the expression levels of bFGF,MMP-9,TIMP-1 in serum; bFGF and MMP-9 were significantly correlated( r = 0. 814,P =0. 005),TIMP-1 and There was a significant correlation between MMP-9( r = 0. 773,P = 0. 007) and poor correlation between bFGF and TIMP-1( r = 0. 137,P = 0. 012). Conclusion Serum bFGF,MMP-9,TIMP-1 can be used as indicators for the clinical diagnosis of early-stage lung cancer,which deserves clinical attention.
