甲状腺微小乳头状癌手术中应用纳米炭结合精细被膜解剖法对保护甲状旁腺的效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨甲状腺微小乳头状癌手术中应用纳米炭结合精细被膜解剖法对保护甲状旁腺的效果。方法选取80例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者,依据治疗方法将患者分为纳米炭结合精细被膜解剖法治疗组(A组,n=40)和传统甲状腺全切手术治疗组(B组,n=40),对2组患者的PTH、Ca水平、术后并发症发生情况进行统计分析。结果 A组患者的PTH、Ca水平均显著高于B组(P<0.05),暂时性甲状旁腺功能减退、低钙血症发生率[15.0%(6/40)、7.5%(3/40)]均显著低于B组[30.0%(12/40)、25.0%(10/40)](P<0.05)。结论甲状腺微小乳头状癌手术中应用纳米炭结合精细被膜解剖法保护甲状旁腺的效果较传统甲状腺全切手术好。 Objective To investigate the operative technique and parathyroid gland protection effect of nano carbon nanoparticles combined with fine membrane dissection in thyroid papillary carcinoma operation. Methods 80 cases of patients with thyroid papillary carcinoma were selected,they were divided into nano carbon nanoparticles combined with fine membrane dissection treatment group( group A,n = 40) and traditional thyroidectomy surgery treatment group( group B,n = 40),the PTH,Ca levels,incidences of postoperative complications of the 2 groups were statistically analyzed. Results The PTH,Ca levels of group A were significantly higher than group B( P 〈 0. 05),the incidence of temporary hypoparathyroidism,hypocalcemia [15. 0%( 6/40),7. 5%( 3/40) ] of group A were significantly lower than group B[30. 0%( 12/40),25. 0%( 10/40) ]( P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion The parathyroid gland protection effect of nano carbon combined with fine membrane dissection in thyroid papillary carcinoma operation is more effective than conventional thyroidectomy.
