宫颈上皮内瘤病变和宫颈癌与高危型HPV病毒感染的相关性分析

Correlation between Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia and Cervical Cancer and High Risk HPV Infection

目的研究宫颈上皮内瘤病变和宫颈癌与高危型HPV病毒感染的相关性。方法选择宫颈上皮内瘤病变和宫颈癌患者共96例为观察组,以及同期诊治的宫颈炎96例患者为对照组。检测2组的生殖道人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅱ型(HSV-2)、沙眼衣原体(CT)、滴虫以及细菌性阴道病(BV)感染情况,并分析HPV感染类型。结果宫颈癌患者的HPV感染率最高,为93.75%(15/16),明显高于对照组的6.25%(6/96)(P<0.05)。HPV感染类型包括低危型、可能高危型以及高危型,CINⅠ患者高危型HPV的感染率为62.50%(5/8),CINⅡ患者为83.33%(15/18),CINⅢ患者为89.66%(26/29),高危型HPV的感染率随患者CIN的严重程度而逐渐升高,宫颈癌患者的高危型HPV感染率最高,为93.33%(14/15),明显高于对照组的0.00%(0/6)(P<0.05)。结论宫颈上皮内瘤病变和宫颈癌与高危型HPV病毒感染密切相关,临床上需给予高度重视。

Objective To investigate the correlation between cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer and high risk HPV infection. Methods Selected 96 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer as the observation group,and 96 patients with cervicitis treated at the same time were enrolled as the control group. Genital human papilloma virus（ HPV）,herpes simplex virus type 2（ HSV-2）,Chlamydia trachomatis（ CT）,trichomonas and bacterial vaginosis（ BV） infection of the 2 groups were detected,HPV infection types was analyzed. Results The highest rate of HPV infection in cervical cancer patients was 93. 75%（ 15/16）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group 6. 25%（ 6/96）（ P 〈 0. 05）.The types of HPV infection included low-risk,high-risk,and high-risk types. The infection rate of high-risk HPV CIN Ⅰ patients was 62. 50%（ 5/8）,CIN Ⅱ was 83. 33%（ 15/18）,and CIN Ⅲ was 89. 66%（ 26/29）. The infection rate of high-risk HPV increased gradually with the severity of CIN. The highest risk rate of HPV infection in cervical cancer patients was 93. 33%（ 14/15）,which was significantly higher than that of the control group（ 0%）（ 0/6）（ P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical cancer are closely related to high-risk HPV virus infection,and should be paid more attention.
