提高CVC冷连轧机板形控制能力的新工艺

New Process for Improving Shape Control Ability of CVC Tandem Cold Rolling Mill

摘要 随着首钢京唐公司2230酸轧机组品种和规格的不断拓展,特别是80~100kg级超高强钢的开发以及1900mm以上超宽薄IF钢产量的增加,产品轧制能力需求逐步逼近或已超过了CVC冷连轧机的设计水平,在产品板形质量控制方面也遇到了很大的挑战。因板形问题造成的重卷切废已经对成本造成很大影响。通过板形仪二级补偿模型开发、弯辊力前馈功能优化以及目标板形曲线分级管理,很大程度上提升了2230酸轧机组的板形控制能力。 With the continuous expansion of the varieties and specifications of the 2230 PL-TCM in Shougang Jingtang company, especially the development of 80 - 100 kg super high strength steel and the increase of the output of super wide and thin IF steel above 1900 ram, the demand for product rolling ability gradually approximated or exceeded the design limit of CVC cold rolling mill, which resulted in a big challenge in terms of shape control. Due to the shape defect, the cutting waste had greatly affected the cost when rewinding. The shape control ability of the 2230 PL-TCM was greatly improved by the development of the Level optimization of the bending force feed forward II compensation model of the shape meter, the function and the classification management of the target shape curves.
