摘要
【目的】考查饥饿对中华倒刺鲃(Spinibarbus sinensis)幼鱼最大代谢、运动能力及两者相关性的影响。【方法】在20℃条件下,分别测定饥饿组(n=55,饥饿14 d)和对照组(n=58,维持日粮水平)实验鱼的最大代谢率(Maximum metabolic rate,MMR)和匀加速最大游泳速度(Constant acceleration test speed,Ucat)。【结果】饥饿组和对照组的MMR和Ucat在实验前均无统计学意义上的差异;与同期对照组相比,14 d饥饿处理导致饥饿组MMR和Ucat均有所下降,两者MMR和Ucat的差异具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。饥饿组或对照组的MMR和Ucat之间在实验前后均不存在统计学意义上的相关性;饥饿组或对照组实验前后的Ucat之间存在统计学意义上的正相关关系(p<0.05),饥饿组实验前后的MMR之间也存在统计学意义上的正相关关系(p<0.05)。【结论】中华倒刺鲃幼鱼在遭受饥饿胁迫时运动能力下降,原因可能与饥饿状态下机体下调生理功能以及身体内能量底物的缺乏有关。在实验处理前后对照组或饥饿组的MMR和Ucat之间均无统计学意义上的相关性,则是因为Ucat与鱼类的无氧代谢能力密切相关,而MMR反映的是鱼类的最大有氧代谢能力。
[Purposes]To investigate the effects and correlation analyses on the maximum metabolism and swimming performance in Spinibarbus sinensis. [Methods]The maximum metabolic rate( MMR) and constant acceleration test speed( Ucat) of both the fasting group( n=55) and control group( n = 58) were measured before and after 14 d of fasting under( 20.0±1.0) ℃. [Findings] There were no significant difference in MMR and Ucatbetween fasting group and control group at the beginning of the experiment,however,both the MMR and Ucatof the fasting group decreased significantly hence were significantly lower than those in the control group after 14 days of fasting( MMR,p〈0.01; Ucat,p〈0.05). Neither the MMR nor the Ucatshowed any correlation throughout the experiment in either the fasting group or the control group.[Conclusions]These impaired swimming performance of fasted S. sinensis might be related to the down-regulation of physiological functions and( or) the lack of energy substrate during fasting. There was no correlation between MMR and Ucatbetween the control group and the fasting group before and after the experimental treatment,which possibly due to that Ucatis mainly limited by the anaerobic metabolism of fish,whereas MMR mainly reflects the maximum aerobic metabolism capacity of fish.
