摘要
探索ANXA2和CDX2基因的表达在胃癌多耐药的产生中的作用。通过实时荧光定量PCR(RTq PCR)检测42例胃癌及对应的42癌旁组织中膜联蛋白A2基因(Annexin A2,ANXA2)和尾侧型同源转录因子2(caudal-type homeobox transcription factor 2,CDX2)基因,并分析两者与多耐药基因(multidrug resistance 1,MDR1)的表达关系。ANXA2和CDX2基因的m RNA水平在胃癌组织中均显著高于癌旁组织(p〈0.05)。同时,ANXA2、CDX2基因的表达均与MDR1的表达呈正相关(r=0.655,p〈0.05;r=0.623,p〈0.05)。ANXA2和CDX2基因可能通过调控肿瘤多耐药基因MDR1参与在胃癌多耐药的发生。
The objectives of the study was to explore the role of ANXA2 and CDX2 gene expression in the development of multidrug resistance in gastric cancer.The expression of Annexin A2(ANXA2) and caudal-type homeobox transcription factor 2(CDX2) in 42 cases of gastric carcinoma and corresponding adjacent non-cancerous tissues were detected by real-time quantitative PCR(RT-q PCR),and the relationship between two genes and multidrug resistance 1(MDR1) were analyzed.The m RNA levels of ANXA2 and CDX2 were significantly higher in gastric cancer tissues than those in adjacent tissues(p〈0.05).Meanwhile,the expression of ANXA2 and CDX2 was positively correlated with the expression of MDR1(r=0.655,p〈0.05;r=0.623,p〈0.05).ANXA2 and CDX2 might play an important role in the development of multidrug resistance in gastric cancer by regulating multidrug resistance gene MDR1.
