摘要
教师教学变革是教学改革得以顺利实施展开的基础与前提。长期以来,高校教学改革之所以推进难、效果差,原因在于其与教师个体的教学变革活动相脱离。有效实施高校教师教学变革,需遵循个体性、有限性、最少投入、最小目标和可见性等内在原理,以确立教学变革目标、建立激励制度和提供物质技术条件为外在方法。
Universities faculty teaching reform is the foundation and premise for the smooth implementation of teaching reform. For a long time, the reason why teaching reform is difficult to promote and receive bad effects is that it is separated from the teaching reform of individual faculty. It depends on inner principle(such as individuality, finiteness, minimum input, minimum goal and visibility) and external method(such as the goal of teaching reform, establishment of incentive system and the provision of material technical conditions) for the smooth implementation of universities faculty teaching reform.
