关于改进新高考选考科目赋分方案的若干思考

Some Suggestions on Improving the Proportional Grade Score of New Gaokao

新高考改革的重要内容之一是将学业水平考试选考科目实行等级赋分,并计入高考总成绩。结合新一轮高考改革的相关政策文件和相关研究结果,以及试点省份的实践反馈等,通过梳理现有选考科目等级赋分的优点和可能存在的缺陷,并对其原因进行探讨,从兼顾科学性、公平性和可操作性出发,提出改进选考科目赋分的方案,为进一步深化考试改革提供参考建议。

One of the highlights of the ongoing comprehensive Gaokao reform is that a part of the total score of Gaokao is formed by the proportional grade scores of the optional subjects from the high school academic performance exams. Based on the policy regulations of the Gaokao reform, relative research founding, and the feedback from the pilot provinces and cities, the merits and possible flaws of the proportional grade score are discussed. A new method to improve the proportional grade score system of the optional subjects is proposed and some suggestions are also provided for further deepening of the reform, given considerations to scientific solidness,policy fairness, and operational practicality.
