校友资源之于大学发展尤其世界一流大学的发展具有不可或缺的重要性,在加快"双一流"建设的大背景下讨论并重视校友资源之于世界一流大学建设价值作用十分必要。在分析世界一流大学特征及校友资源优质性的基础上,从校友智力资源能够满足世界一流大学建设的高水平人才资源需求、校友财力资源能够补充世界一流大学建设的物质资源高消耗及校友文化资源有助于世界一流大学卓著声誉的形成等方面,论证了校友资源是世界一流大学建设不可或缺的资源。为了更好地利用校友资源推进世界一流大学建设,我国大学应该理性认识校友资源之于世界一流大学建设的意义和作用,积极培育构建校友-母校共同体,加强校友资源利用的专业性。

Alumni resources which are important for the development of universities are even more important to the construction of world-class universities under the background of ＂Double World-Class＂ construction.Alumni＇s intellectual resources can meet the needs of high level talent resources for the construction of world-class universities. Alumni financial resources can supplement high consumption of material resources in world-class universities. Alumni＇s cultural resources can form an outstanding reputation for the construction of world-class universities. In order to realize the goals of the construction of world-class universities through alumni resources to support, our university must have a rational understanding of alumni resources to avoid ＂completely＂,build alumni-alma mater community to attach importance to the development of alumni resources and strengthen professionalism in order to make good use of alumni resources.
