摘要
针对CO_2压缩机二段出口压力高的问题,检查发现白色结晶物堵塞压缩机流道,压比下降、出力不足导致CO_2离心式压缩机二段出口压力高,而结晶产生的直接原因是蒸汽携带氨在三段低温区形成铵盐结晶,经过检修清除结晶物质、更换脱硫催化剂同时改变工艺运行条件解决了压缩机结晶堵塞的问题。
In view of the problem of high exit pressuf CO2 compressor,it is found that the White crystal blocks the flow path of the compressor,and the pressure ratio drops and the output is insufficient.The direct cause of crystallization is that the steam carries ammonia to form the crystal of ammonium salt at three low temperatures.The problem of crystallization jam of compressor is solved by cleaning up crystal material and replacing desulphurization catalyst at the same time changing operating conditions
