氨气压缩机低压缸振值高原因分析

摘要 随着国内经济的飞速发展与进步,工业占据着国内的重要地位,离心机组作为一种重要的工业设备,应用范围越来越广,然而在正常生产过程中,受多方面因素影响,会出现振值升高、位移增大、瓦温升高等问题,影响机组的的正常运行。主要阐述了氨气压缩机低压缸振值高的数据分析与评定,对氨压机振值升高情况进行了分析,并总结了低压缸振值升高的相应对策,从而提高氨压机低压缸振值升高问题分析的准确率,确保氨气压缩机的长周期稳定运行,充分发挥氨气压缩机在甲醇生产系统中的作用。 With the rapid development and progress of the domestic economy,the industry occupies an important position in China.As an important industrial equipment,centrifugal chillers have a wider range of applications.However,in the normal production process,they are affected by many factors.There will be problems such as increased vibration value,increased displacement,and increased tile temperature,affecting the normal operation of the unit.In this paper,the data analysis and evaluation of the high vibration value of the low-pressure cylinder of the ammonia compressor are mainly described.The increase of the vibration value of the ammonia press is analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures for the increase of the vibration value of the low-pressure cylinder are summarized,thereby increasing the ammonia press.The accuracy of the analysis of the elevated vibration value of low-pressure cylinders ensures the long-term stable operation of the ammonia compressors and gives full play to the role of ammonia compressors in the methanol production system.
