在我国的大型煤化工施工工作中,为了提升工作效率,一改传统的工作模式,对整个施工工程采取总承包项目配合协作的管理模式。因此,着重于研究该种管理模式的优缺点和发展前景,以推进其进步。

In the construction of large coal chemical industry in China,in order to improve the efficiency of work,the traditional mode of work is changed,but the management mode of coordination and cooperation of the total construction project is adopted in the whole construction project.Therefore,this paper focuses on the advantages and disadvantages of this management mode and prospects for its progress.
