摘要
在分散介质中,传统的分散剂对固体颗粒起到一定程度上的分散稳定作用,但是在颜料颗粒表面的作用却不牢固,进而导致被分散的颗粒再次聚集或沉淀,为了克服这一缺点,近年来,人们成功研究出一种分散性能优异的高分子分散剂(Polymericdispersant),又称为超分散剂(hyperdis-persant),并且得到了很好的推广应用。因此,对超分散剂的结构特点进行分析,并展望了超分散剂的发展及前景。
In the dispersing medium,the traditional dispersant can disperse and stabilize the solid particles to a certain extent,but the action on the surface of pigment particles is not firm,which leads to the dispersed particles to gather or precipitate again.In order to overcome this shortcoming,in recent years,a kind of high molecular dispersant(Polymeric dispersant),also known as hyperdispersant hyperdispersant,has been developed and applied successfully.Therefore,the structural characteristics of hyperdispersant have been analyzed in this paper.The development and prospect of hyperdispersant are also prospected.
