摘要
苯乙烯单体具有自聚性质,常温下就可发生聚合,液相状态温度高于70℃,聚合速度加快。为了防止精馏过程中苯乙烯单体在系统内聚合,保证精馏系统正常运行,必须在精馏分离过程中加入阻聚剂。分析了德固赛公司的新型真阻聚剂在苯乙烯装置的试用情况,并与GE公司的真阻聚剂使用效果进行了对比。
Styrene monomer has the property of self-polymerization and can polymerize at room temperature.The temperature of liquid phase is higher than 70 ℃ and the polymerization speed is accelerated.In order to prevent the styrene distillation in the process of polymerization of styrene monomer in the system to ensure the normal operation of the distillation system,distillation separation process must be added inhibitor.This article examines the Degussa company’s new true polymerization inhibitors in the trial of styrene plant,and with the use of GE’s true inhibitor comparison.
