摘要
海上某井口平台在其中心平台退役后独立生产后改成无人井口平台,划归其他油田管理,日常生产参数和应急关断通过其他平台远程监控。为了减少人员在平台的驻守时间和拖轮往返交通的柴油消耗,以及能够远程开关井并精确调整产气量,提出了增加电动气嘴和电动阀门的改造,通过工艺改造实现了远程遥控开关井以及产气量、供气量的远程遥控自动调整,同时制定了远程遥控生产操作程序,确保遥控生产有效执行。
After a certain wellhead platform at sea is retired from its central platform,it will be converted into an unmanned wellhead platform after being retired and placed under the management of other oilfields. Daily production parameters and emergency shutdown will be remotely monitored through other platforms. In order to reduce personnel’s station time on the platform and the diesel consumption of the tug shuttle traffic,as well as the ability to remotely switch the wells and accurately adjust the gas production volume,an increase in the number of electric gas nozzles and electric valves has been proposed,and remotely controlled switchgear wells and production have been realized through technological transformation. The remote control of the air volume and air supply volume is automatically adjusted,and a remote control production operation procedure is formulated to ensure that the remote control production is performed effectively.
