摘要
当今社会,随着我国发展进程向社会化大生产的集约化、信息化、自动化发展的方向迅速迈进,与此同时,计算机技术和机械制造业的发展浪潮已经渗透到了各行各业,精细化工为了适应市场需求的多变性、普适性、时效性和高品质,攻克自身的有毒性、间歇性(或者半连续性),产物复杂性(一般产物都会涉及异构体和副产物),操作复杂性,劳动强度大,易燃易爆无的不安全性等问题。因此自动化技术在精细化工中的应用就是精细化工发展的未来走向。
in today’s society,with the development process of our country is moving rapidly towards the direction of intensive,informational and automated development of the social production,the development wave of computer technology and mechanical manufacturing has penetrated all walks of life.In order to adapt to the variability,universality,timeliness and high quality of the market demand,fine chemical industry has conquered its own toxicity.The complexity of the product(the general product involves isomers and byproducts),the complexity of the operation,the high intensity of labor,the insecurity of flammable and explosive,and so on.Therefore,the application of automation technology in fine chemical industry is the future trend of fine chemical industry development.
