石油化工装置由于使用易燃、易爆、有毒、腐蚀等危险化学品,反应条件苛刻,装置结构复杂,致使石油化工装置在检修时具有很大的复杂性和危险性。通过分析石油化工装置检修过程的危险特性,提出石油化工装置检修过程安全管理的措施。

Due to the use of flammable,explosive,poisonous,corrosive and other dangerous chemicals,the petrochemical plant has harsh reaction conditions and complicated device structure,which results in petrochemical plants having great complexity and danger during overhaul.This article analyzes the hazardous characteristics of the overhaul process of petrochemical plants and proposes the safety management measures for the overhaul process of petrochemical plants.
