摘要 近年来,我国经济的迅猛发展,使化工行业的发展速度不断加快,特别是在化工行业生产水平与技术研发方面有了很大的提高。不过,在化工行业中也同样存在许多问题需要解决,其中最为突出的问题便是能源消耗问题。化工企业在生产过程中会消耗大量能源,而且其所排放的产物也会给自然环境带来极大的污染,这也使环境污染形势变得日益严峻。如何更加有效地降低化工企业的能源消耗也已成为化工企业面临的首要问题。为此,对节能降耗技术在化工工艺中的应用进行深入的研究,以期能为化工工艺生产中的节能减排策略提供参考建议。 In recent years,the rapid development of China’s economy has made the development of chemical industry faster and faster,especially in the production level and technology research and development of the chemical industry.However,in the chemical industry,there are also many problems to be solved.The most prominent problem is energy consumption.Chemical enterprises will consume a large amount of energy in the process of production,and the products they emit will bring great pollution to the natural environment,which makes the environmental pollution situation increasingly severe.How to reduce the energy consumption of chemical enterprises more effectively has also become the primary problem faced by chemical enterprises.Therefore,this paper makes an indepth study on the application of energy saving and consumption reduction technology in chemical technology,in order to provide some suggestions for the energy saving and emission reduction strategy in the chemical process production.
