摘要
以内蒙古某发电公司容量为600 MW的亚临界锅炉为研究对象,针对该锅炉在高温亚临界节能降耗改造项目中,为配合汽轮机通流及参数变更而进行的锅炉本体适配性改造展开设计研究。机组在常规通流改造的基础上,通过提高蒸汽参数可以达到更优的节能效果,与此同时,参数的提高对锅炉原设计和结构又会带来新的要求,锅炉需要进行相应的改造。
In this paper,a 600 MW subcritical boiler of the Inner Mongolia Power Generation Company has been regarded as the research object.The boiler adaptation adjustment for energy conservation and efficiency improvement has been researched in this study,which should be met the thermal parameter requirements of steam turbine in a high temperature retrofitting of subcritical unit.On the basis of conventional turbine transformation,the unit can achieve better energy conservation by improving steam parameters.Meanwhile,the improving of steam parameters will bring new requirements to the original design and structure of boiler.The boiler needs to be modified accordingly.
