噻唑啉基二硫代丙烷磺酸钠对印花镍网开孔率的影响 被引量:1

Influences of Sodium Thiazolinyl-Dithiopropane Sulfonate on the Open Porosity of Nickel Printing Mesh

摘要 本文采用噻唑啉基二硫代丙烷磺酸钠(SH110)作为镍电铸添加剂,进行了电铸镍网实验。以镍网开孔率为评价指标,通过考察SH110添加量对镍网开孔率的影响,以获得提高镍网开孔率最优的电铸液配方。结果表明,SH110在电铸液扩散速度较高时,对镍的电沉积有促进作用,反之在扩散速度较低时,对镍的电沉积有抑制作用,在SH110浓度为3 mg/L时,镍网的开孔率最大,达到17.75%。 Electroforming of nickel mesh was carried out using sodium thiazolinyl-dithiopropane sulfo-nate(SH110)as electroforming additive. Optimum formula of electroforming solution for improving thenickel mesh open porosity was obtained by using open porosity as evaluation index and investigating theinfluence of SH110 addition amount on open porosity of the nickel mesh. Results showed that SH110 hada promoting effect on the nickel electrodeposition when diffusion rate of the electrofoming solution washigh,whereas had an inhibiting effect when the diffusion rate was low. When the SH110 concentrationwas 3 mg·L^(-1),the open porosity of nickel mesh was the largest which could reach to 17.75%.
