摘要
阐述了氯化钾镀锌光亮剂的发展历程和存在的问题,提出了改善或解决问题的设想和方案。对比了水溶性氯化钾镀锌工艺和传统工艺的多项性能,水溶性工艺具有镀层结晶细致、纯度高、镀层与基体结合力好、钝化膜结合力优异及废水中COD含量低等优点,指出该工艺是改善或解决传统工艺多种弊病的有效途径。
The development process and existing problems of brighteners for potassium chloride zincplating were expounded. Ideas and solutions for improving and solving problems were put forward. Theperformances of water-soluble potassium chloride zinc plating process and traditional technology werecompared. The water-soluble technology possesses many advantages,such as fine crystalline coating,high purity,good adhesion between coating and substrate,excellent adhesion of passive film,especiallylow COD content in wastewater. It was pointed out that this process was an effective way to improve orsolve various disadvantages of traditional technology.
