摘要
探讨了MAP、磷酸钙盐、白云石及其他形式等回收污泥磷的化学技术,并对这几类污泥磷化学回收技术的研究现状及发展进行了详细的综述。根据目前污泥磷化学回收技术的开发、研究现状及应用,展望了今后污泥磷化学回收技术的研究方向:采取超声波或微波耦合酸解加热、酸解加热等新技术增强污泥中磷的释放量;通过分析污泥磷回收技术的影响因素,采用水洗的方式提高MAP、磷酸钙盐等沉淀物的纯度;探究高温条件以磷酸钙盐形式回收磷的影响;对于富含磷的上清液,研发污泥磷化学回收技术的工艺-二级回收工艺。
Chemical technologies on phosphorus recovery from sludge were investigated in paper, including the struvite, calcium phosphate, dolomite and other forms were summarized in detail for theirs research situation and development.According to the current development, research and application of chemical technologies on phosphorus recovery from sludge, future research directions were predicted. New technologies were used to enhance the release of phosphorus from sludge by adopting ultrasonic, microwave coupling acidolysis or acidolysis to heat. The influence factors on phosphorus recovery from sludge were analyzed, and the purity ofstru~,ite and calcium phosphate sediment were improved by water-washing method. The influence of the phosphorus recovery with the form ofealcium phosphate under the condition of high temperature was explored. For the superuatant containing abundant nhosphorus, the Process ofnhosohorus recovery from sludge technology- the secondary recovery technology was researched and developed.
