基于级别优序关系和层次分析法的铝合金焊接方法决策 被引量:1

Decision Making on Welding Method for Aluminum Alloys Based on Outranking Relation and Analytic Hierarchic Process

摘要 焊接工作者的经验总是有限的,凭经验选出的焊接方法不能保证最合适,因此开发出一种多属性决策专家系统是当前焊接工作者所急需的.在分析各种多属性决策方法的优缺点基础上,提出了基于级别优序关系和层次分析法的铝合金焊接方法决策算法.采用对数模糊优先规划方法从模糊判断矩阵中得出精确权重值,采用基于级别优序关系中的偏好顺序结构评估法(PROMETHEE)对可行方案进行排序,通过一个具体实例阐述了决策流程,结果表明方法具有一定的实用价值.最后指出研究中的不足和进一步研究方向. Since experiences of workers working in the area of welding are invariably limited and, more often than not, the welding method selected out only by their experiences is not the best suitable one, it is urgent and necessary for them to develop a multi-attribute decision- making expert system. Based on the analysis of the merits and demerits of the existing multi- attribute decision making methods, the decision making algorithm was proposed by using the preference ranking organization method for enrichment evaluations (PROMETHEE) based on outranking relation and analytic hierarchic process (AHP). In the algorithm, the logarithmic fuzzy preference programming methodology was employed to derive the crisp weights from a fuzzy pairwise comparison matrix and the PROMETHEE to rank the feasible alternatives. A real-life example was given to illustrate the decision making procedure, the result of which shows the algorithm proposed is feasibility and possesses some practical value. Finally also proposed are the shortcomings of the present research and the further research directions.
